Graphics & digital printing
The Graphics & Digital Printing department is located within a 170 m² space. Isolated from the rest of the factory to ensure the absence of dust, it is directly connected to the engineering design office.

The plastics department has a laser cutting machine with a 3 x 2 metre work table for sheet metal, wood and plastics, including marking and bas-relief work – and a Zund 3-axis digital pantograph for work ranging from the simple cutting of plastics to milling of wood panels and the production of quality packaging by creasing.

Completely independent from the rest of the factory, the metalworking department has all the necessary machinery for machining, forming and welding sheet metal, tubes and parts to be assembled in the retail sector. Materials range from iron to stainless steel, aluminium, etc. The space is equipped with a dedicated vacuum system.

The department includes a Pressurised Spray Booth consisting of a spraying room – where the finish of the decorative elements is applied – and a drying room with controlled temperature and humidity – for drying and extracting of post-paint fumes. The suction system is dry, with active carbon filters and no water cascades.

Over an area of 1000 m², handmade woodworking benches and the latest generation of software coordinate a complex production system that is supported by a fleet of top-of-the-range traditional and automatic machines.
