Paint 

The department includes a Pressurised Spray Booth consisting of a spraying room – where the finish of the decorative elements is applied – and a drying room with controlled temperature and humidity – for drying and extracting of post-paint fumes. The suction system is dry, with active carbon filters and no water cascades.

The booth is flanked by a preparation area where an aspirated sanding table is located. Only water-based paints are used. In the medium to long term, we are also planning to add an automatic spraying machine for the in-line painting of panels.
